Eric Ahasic is a Jeopardy contestant, who is a meteorologist by profession, He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1989. This is his first game show, he had a dream of appearing in this show for many years, which has now been fulfilled.

Ahasic is very happy to see his dream come true and he is also very excited about this show. He said that half of his life was spent applying in this “Jeopardy, competition”. For 15 years, he tried to appear in this show.

Ahasic, who is 32 years old and a meteorologist, has been working in the Chanhassen office of the National Weather Service since 2015.

Ahasic, who is a native of Illinois and grew up there, used to play trivia games at his Grandmother’s House. He competed in the Quiz Bowl during high school. He fell hard for “Jeopardy” in 2004, during Ken Jennings’ record-breaking streak of 74 consecutive wins.

For the last 15 years, he had been given tests to appear in this show, and although sometimes he used to pass in the first round he still did not pass in it.

In March 2021, he gave his 15th-time test, in this audition he got a call in July that he was eligible to play in the show.
